These terms govern your use of the parklynn.com website (the "Site") and of the Parklynn client and vendor applications (client.parklynn.com and vendor.parklynn.com, the "Apps"), operated by Parklynn / Akeleon Technologies, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By using the Site, or by creating an account in the Apps, you agree to them. Booking, listing, and payment for parking happen in the Apps and are likewise subject to these terms.

1. What the Site is

The Site provides information about the Parklynn parking marketplace: how it works, the areas covered, indicative listing counts and price ranges, and links to the applications. Prices, availability, and counts shown on the Site are indicative and change constantly — the live applications are the authoritative source.

2. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the Site: no attempts to breach its security, scrape it at scale, interfere with its availability, or use it for any unlawful purpose under UAE law.

3. Intellectual property

The Parklynn name, logo, design, text, and imagery on the Site belong to us or our licensors. You may not reproduce them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

4. Third-party links and content

The Site links to third-party services (for example app stores or map providers). We are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

5. No warranty; limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, we make no warranties about its availability or accuracy and are not liable for indirect losses arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

6. Privacy

How we handle personal data on the Site is described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
